Restaurante Maribel in Cala Blanca

"Quite simply my favourite bar/restaurant in the area. Food, service and vibe all fantastic. We requested they showed the Wolves game for us, and despite Real Madrid playing they found us a table and a TV to watch the game."

"Great place and location for the money. Facilities are ok but it needs little bit of touch will small bits and pieces. Pool is great and nearby beach is fabulous. No slides tho. Restaurant is great with really good food. Local shop will give you everything you need for breakfast and snacks. People are very from families and pensioners. Highly recommended but if you have kids age 6-10 find something else for better entertainment."

"The Maribel is quite the find !!! For a great family day out and a great place for snacks meals and also a relaxing drink , knowing that the children will not be bored , Even if the sun's not shinning !! . The bar / restaurant has also a pool & a mini play centre for the younger children and it's facilities are free to use for it's customers and guests who are in the apartments . The food portions are a bit large and , may I suggest if you like a pizza probably order just one to start as I noticed that they are a bit big !! But baked fresh to order and are very very tasty . The bar/ restaurant is warm and cosy and very reminiscent of the 1970z holidays of my youth and is kept very clean and is set for dinning with comfortable seating and all well spaced apart for a private dining experience . The bar outside is a chill out cocktail bar and pricing is sensible and , might I remind you that the measurement of spirits served here are particularly large so if you say like a rum and cola CUBA LIBRE !!! it really is a rum and coke note a coke with a splash of rum , so I recommend you have a cola on the side as a back up in case it might be to strong for you in one go !! . The pool area is very clean and spacious and plenty of sunbeds were available upon our time of visit . The coffee served here in the morning was good and would suit most people's palate and not over strong so as not to cloy your taste buds for the good selection of breakfast options available . The staff upon our visit were polite and friendly and although busy , made time to give the customers and ourselves a very special drinks and dinning experience . So if you have a family and appreciate good food at sensible cost , plus polite and friendly service coupled with its great pool area and children's activities center this could be the place for you ! . RECOMMEND SNACK PIZZA !! RECOMMEND retro drink rum and coke !! For the more mature drinker . Please see picture attached to review ."

"Ate here a few times over the last few days, and the quality of food has been excellent. It's not gourmet, but just good food. The menu is extensive, and we tried quite a few over Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Staff were great too and attentive."

"Staff friendly. Mojito delicious! Food a little let down. Crispy chicken burger was absolutely delicious with everything but the chicken! The brioche bun, the chips, the garnish all good. The chicken was the cheapest processed breaded chicken burger. I was thinking it would be real chicken not processed. Adults spaghetti Bolognese very small portion. Asked if we'd like Parmesan cheese with it, we said yes - they never came back with any cheese. Didn't come with any garlic bread, which would have been nice. Kids chicken was ok. Beef burger was absolutely massive, my son enjoyed it. Caesar salad again tasty but lacking in lettuce too! Would go back again but would order something else. It's a lovely wee restaurant and staff are great. I was just disappointed with what I ordered."
